Swasan ff: An Incomplete Scrapbook ( A Puzzle Piece ) Episode 5

Sanskar's POV:
I halted my car from a stone's throw distance from her house to judge her intentions. She parked her car in front of her house and came out of it. She had changed her clothes and was looking fresh. Might be in that secret place she changed her looks. Overall now she was looking decent. She went inside her home. I waited inside my car to know what was next? One hour had already passed. Neither anyone had come nor anyone had gone out. The road was totally silent. I thought this was the worst target of my life. I didn't know my destination. My captain had ordered to keep an eye on her to know about her whereabouts and specially about her father. I tried to ask captain that why I couldn't harm her as I was a slayer, not a spy. Why couldn't I threaten her? But my captain ordered me categorically not to do these stuffs. My captain, my owner... How could I deny him?? He definitely knew my bad tantrums and how destructive it was. So, might be he specially gave this instruction to me.

My series of thoughts were broken down when I saw a lady coming out of her home by holding some documents. I didn't know her. What was she doing in her home that to at this late hour? What was going on inside her house, I was ignorant about it. Only I could interpret that something must be going on inside her home as the lights were still on. After all these calculations, I could conclude one thing in certainty that people had awaken. One hour thirty minutes had already passed.

Now I was pissed off. I couldn't sit ideally inside my car or couldn't wait for her anymore. I had to make a plan to go inside her home to know exactly what was going on?? I noticed that the bodyguards were dozing off. I came out of my car to search for my entrance to her home where nobody could detect me. But wait... A thought came to my mind..." Sanskar, they were rich, there might be secret cameras installed near every entrance. Might be warning bell would ring." I couldn't make this blunder. So, I stepped back. Now I had only one choice left to wait for her. As without knowing anything about her home, entering to her house would be an error and being a slayer I couldn't afford that. But sometimes fortune supports you. Might be the same happened with me. I saw my target coming out of her house but she was looking pale. Her hairs were disordered. I didn't have any relation with her looks.. But what must have happened inside to get her this undesired look, I had to know that. She came near her car and started it to go somewhere again. Immediately I went to my car and the chasing game began once again.

Swara's POV:
I didn't know how much time I had cried.. But my heart was paining.. Pain, sorrow, unhappiness, grief... These feelings were not strange to me. Half of my life, I was involved in these emotions. But the causes were different from today. Earlier I was in pain as my near and dear ones hurt me. However today I hurt them. How could I be so mean?? I didn't want to be in my senses anymore.. I just wanted to pass out. So that I didn't have to face this guilt anymore at this moment.

I turned on my car to go to a bar. I knew it was already too late and police patrolling must have started and might be if police would raid bar then I would be in lock up tomorrow. But I was indifferent to these issues. As going to lock up for alcohol, drugs were not new things for me. I was spoiled and I didn't have any sorrow for it. I started moving my car towards a bar which I knew should have opened at this late as those guys paid bribe to police personnel not to attack and raid their bar.

Sanskar's POV:
I followed her and saw that she parked her car in front of a bar named as "The Barking Spider". This bar was not uncommon to me. I knew that this bar was an adobe for escorts, black money smugglers in the disguise of social activists, drug addicts etc. "What the hell she was doing here at this late? Was alcohol that much required to her for her existence?? Strange girl.." She was like a puzzle piece for me now and I had to solve this puzzle.

I stopped my car and again followed her inside the bar. As expected, the bar was not empty. This bar was the dwelling place of darkness. The real intentions of people came out here which you even could not sense in the bright sunshine. The light of the bar was faint and faces of anybody could not be detected that easily. Good for me. As I didn't have to hide myself. I saw my target was drinking alcohol like a thirsty person was craving for water. Holy shit.. How could she drink that much?? I rotated my eyes towards the surroundings. Some morons were indulged in kissing and doing those stuffs. Some lads were viewing the half naked dancers in sensuous eyes like they would eat them up now. Just then I saw her. And the word came out of my mouth was "Mayuri". I was astonished, confused.. A mixture of thoughts were running inside my heart. Was that really her? A series of flashbacks about my past now began to hunt me. I couldn't easily concentrate on my target anymore. Where should I focus now? My target or my past which ruined my life forever that nothing could be made perfect again..
